Avec un nom pareil (\u00eashel), il y a de quoi grimper, ha ha\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Il a des feuilles \u00e9cailleuses, comme la bruy\u00e8re. Ses fleurs sont rose-p\u00e2le. Il se plait dans les sables arides impr\u00e9gn\u00e9s de sel, donc on le trouve sur la c\u00f4te M\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne, notamment \u00e0 C\u00e9sar\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dans la Bible, <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>le tamaris est le symbole d\u2019une longue vie, soit terrestre, soit \u00e9ternelle.\u00a0C\u2019est pour cela qu\u2019on enterre les ossements du roi Sa\u00fcl sous un tamaris (1 Sam 31,13).<\/p>\n<p>Il est aussi le symbole des \u00e9v\u00e9nements importants. Abraham pr\u00eate serment et plante un tamaris \u00e0 Bersab\u00e9e (Gn 21,33).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dans la BD<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<p>lorsque J\u00e9sus rapporte la brebis sur ses \u00e9paules, avant d\u2019entrer dans la forteresse o\u00f9 le lapin raconte l\u2019histoire de Zach\u00e9e, il y a un tamaris derri\u00e8re lui.
