Il a de grands yeux vifs qui lui permettent de voir tr\u00e8s loin sa nourriture (lapins, perdrix, petits oiseaux, reptiles). Ses serres (griffes)\u00a0 peuvent atteindre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 13 cm. Son envergure (la distance entre le bout d\u2019une aile d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e et le bout de l\u2019autre) atteint 2 m 50. Il habite sur des pics de rochers. Son repaire est difficilement accessible.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la Bible, le vol de l\u2019aigle symbolise une grande protection\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0je vous ai port\u00e9s sur des ailes d\u2019aigle et amen\u00e9s \u00e0 moi\u00a0\u00bb dit Dieu (Ex 19,4).
