Ca repr\u00e9sente la J\u00e9rusalem c\u00e9leste qui descend d&rsquo;aupr\u00e8s de Dieu. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;agneau (le Christ) qui purifie, \u00e0 travers l&rsquo;eau qui coule de son c\u00f4t\u00e9.<br \/><\/span><\/span><em><\/p>\n<p> elle est d\u00e9crite comme l&rsquo;\u00e9pouse immacul\u00e9e de l&rsquo;Agneau immacul\u00e9 (Ap 19,7; 21,2 cf. Ap 21,9 22,17) que le Christ \u00ab\u00a0a aim\u00e9e, pour laquelle il s&rsquo;est livr\u00e9 <strong>afin de la sanctifier<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb (Ep 5,26), qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;est associ\u00e9e par un pacte indissoluble, qu&rsquo;il ne cesse de \u00ab\u00a0nourrir et d&rsquo;entourer de soins\u00a0\u00bb (Ep 5,29) ; l&rsquo;ayant purifi\u00e9e, il a voulu qu&rsquo;elle lui soit unie dans l&rsquo;amour et la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 (cf.
